Herman Walldorf Commercial Real Estate is proud to announce and welcome John Sweet as the company’s newest member of the commercial real estate team. Sweet will join Jason Lehn and Kate Eischeid as a member of Ben Pitts’ team at Chattanooga’s oldest commercial real estate brokerage.
“We are so happy to have someone with the experience and reputation that John has.” said Rudy Walldorf, President of Herman Walldorf Commercial Real Estate. “His detailed understanding of how small businesses operate, his experiences as a real estate investor, as well as his network of relationships throughout the city, will be real assets to us here at Herman Walldorf Commercial. John will do phenomenal work for us and our clients.”
Mr. Sweet owned and operated Niedlov’s Breadworks on Chattanooga’s Southside from 2002 until he sold the bakery to the current owners Erik and Lauren Zilen. Since the completion of the sale in early 2017, Sweet has consulted for various organizations, including the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, Launch Chattanooga, CoLab, and several food enterprises.
“I am excited to be starting a new chapter in my career” said Sweet, “and eager to work with such an experienced and accomplished team. I believe my small business management experience, detail-oriented nature, and drive to succeed will add value to this company with such a long history in commercial real estate.”
