Rudy Walldorf, CCIM

President of Herman Walldorf Commercial Real Estate, was the first Chattanooga Realtor® to be accredited as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the premier designation in commercial real estate.

 

A Morehead Scholar at the University of North Carolina, Rudy’s work encompasses all aspects of the firm’s operations. His clients include regional and national firms in retail, finance, office, and shopping center development and related activities.

 

He has served as President of the local Board of Realtors® as well as Regional Vice President. He has been named Realtor® of the Year.

He also served for 25 years on the Board of Chattanooga State Technical Community College. He now serves as Deacon at First Presbyterian Church. He is a Rotarian and Co Star named him one of two top producing retail leasing agents for 2018.

Kate Eischeid

Kate Eischeid joined the Walldorf team in 2016 to assist with marketing and client communications.

 

She later became an active affiliate broker. Kate has worked in the downtown Chattanooga area since 2011 providing property management, marketing and leasing services for a 112-unit multi-family apartment building.

 

Kate graduated from the University of Tennessee earning a BA in Psychology. She is currently the President of the Chattanooga Girls’ Cotillion Club and volunteers her time as marketing director for her church’s Thrift Shop.

 

She has served on the board as boutique and auction coordinator for HullaBOWLoo, which is one of the largest fundraisers for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Kate is a member Rotaract of Chattanooga.

Ben Pitts

Benjamin Pitts has a diverse background as a lawyer, accountant, and business consultant that greatly benefits his commercial real estate clients.

 

He has been active in the community, serving with various civic and professional organizations. He currently serves as President of the Commercial Realtors® Council of the Greater Chattanooga Realtors® and on the Board of Directors for Bible in the Schools, and is active in Rotary International. 

 

He is a former board member of the historic preservation organization, Cornerstones, Inc., and the policy research organization, The Ochs Center. He served on the Advisory Board and Vetting Committee for Innovate Here, a venture capital and private economic development initiative.

Jason Lehn, CCIM

Jason A Lehn, CCIM, provides sales, leasing, and consulting services to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and developers in retail, office, industrial and investment sectors in the Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia markets.

 

He is former President of the Chattanooga District of the East Tennessee CCIM Chapter and is active in the Commercial Realtors® Council of Greater Chattanooga Realtors®. Detail oriented and meticulous in accomplishing tasks while maintaining focus on the overarching plan, he will smoothly and efficiently see a deal through to closing.

 

With a degree in Philosophy from Furman University and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, Jason is committed to interacting with clients and customers with respect and integrity, and to economic growth and renewal of the community.

John Sweet

John Sweet, prior to obtaining his real estate license, founded, grew, managed, sold, and consulted with a number of small business and non-profit enterprises, both in Tennessee and his native Michigan.

 

He has been investing in commercial real estate for 14 years, first as an owner/occupant and later as landlord. John understands first-hand the issues on all sides of the real estate deal table: landlord, tenant, buyer, and seller.

 

He is passionate about Chattanooga’s local food economy and small business community. His volunteer service includes sitting on the Board of the Chattanooga Civitan Club, delivering meals for Meals on Wheels, as well as being a volunteer and Board member at Crabtree Farms, where he is the Finance Committee Chair. John loves to bake bread,

grow vegetables, ride bikes with his son, swim with his daughter, and travel with his wife, Jenny.

Shelby Burr

Shelby Burr came to Herman Walldorf with a demonstrated history of working in digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer services industries.

 

She has great experience in marketing and design and has worked in the start-up community, designing, executing, and monitoring marketing efforts in multiple media websites, email, social media, print, and radio since 2016.

 

Shelby joined the Herman Walldorf team in 2019 to head on client communications and marketing. She graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga earning a BA degree in Communications and English.
