Graham Walker Burns is a graduate of Girls Preparatory School, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina. At UNC Graham was President of the Women’s Honor Council and named “Outstanding Senior Woman”. She joined Herman Walldorf & Co. in 1994. Graham is a Certified Residential Specialist, a graduate of the Realtor Institute of the National Association of Realtors, and a member of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors Premier Club. Graham specializes in residential sales in the greater Chattanooga area. She has served on the boards of Chattanooga Nature Center, Scenic Land School, and Junior League of Chattanooga. In addition, she has served on the Endorsing & Ranking Committees of the Southern Tennis Association and the Tennessee Tennis Association. Graham and her husband, Arthur Lee (Bud) Burns, Jr., reside on Lookout Mountain, and have seven children: Carol, Lee, Jim, Graham, Lucy, Edy, and May Burns.

Mary Ann Rennick has been a sales associate for over 35 years and has been with Herman Walldorf & Co. since 1984. She is a graduate of Harcum Junior College in Bryn Mawr, PA. She worked as a legal secretary for a number of years and also as secretary to the President of a large engineering firm in Philadelphia, PA. She resides on Lookout Mountain; is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia; served on the board of a large condominium complex for a number of years; has been involved in the development and sale of condominiums for over 20 years. She presently specializes in residential and condominium sales.

Katherine Price Smith is a native Chattanoogan who was raised on Lookout Mountain. She is a graduate of Baylor School and Furman Univeristy, where she received her undergraduate and graduate degrees. After working 8 years at Baylor School as a teacher, tennis coach, and dorm parent. She and her husband Scott moved off campus and back up to Lookout Mountain where they live right across from the golf course. She is currently the men’s and women’s tennis coach at Covenant College on Lookout Mountain. She is very active in the tennis community at the state and Regional levels. She holds the ABR designation and is working on her CRS designation. She is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia. Katherine specializes in residential and land sales in the Chattanooga area. She enjoys helping people find their dream home.

Having lived in Chattanooga all of his life, Charlie knows Chattanooga and its people! He attended the relatively new -at- the- time Normal Park School in North Chattanooga (now a premier magnet school), then Baylor School, and Tulane University in New Orleans. He has always had a rich sense of history and place and love of the South, which probably emanates from being so aware of the Civil War history in and around Chattanooga that he was raised with as well as his New Orleans days. That is a city that before and after Katrina will always be in his heart.

Charlie’s father and the founder of the company met and married Florence Holzer from New Orleans in the late 1920’s. Flora Harkey, Charlie’s wife, is also a native New Orleanian and Chattanooga transplant. They have four children and 10 grandchildren. Son Will Walldorf is a professor at Wake Forest University. Daughter Polly Walldorf Tran is a commercial designer and mother of 2 sons in Boston. Sara Walldorf McNabb is a mother of 3Roswell, Georgia (a Realtor with the company prior to her marriage). Nathan Walldorf, a founder of Young Life in Guatemala, is a third generation Realtor with the firm beginning in 2005. Nathan has 2 sons. Charlie enjoys traveling, entertaining, Dixieland jazz, water sports, gardening, swimming, snow skiing, fishing, hiking, road biking, playing with grand children and anything out of doors.

Accomplishments include being named Realtor of the Year, President of Chattanooga Association of Realtors, director of Tennessee Association of Realtors, past Deacon and Elder of Lookout Mtn Presbyterian Church, Goodwill/Tulane Alum/Baylor Alum/Salvation Army/Houston Museum/a founding member of the Bessie Smith Jazz Festival and Lookout Protection Association present or past director positions. He holds the Graduate, Realtors Institute and Certified Residential Realtor designations. Walldorf has been recognized nationally for production by Relo, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s production and service to the luxury market network.

Charlie and his brother Rudy own Herman Walldorf Company, the firm their father began in 1926. They are proud of the rich heritage their family has brought to Chattanooga real estate and proud of the level of service their salespeople offer you. Herman Walldorf & Co. is the oldest real estate family name in Chattanooga.

Nathan Walldorf grew up the son of a realtor and the grandson of the founder of Herman Walldorf & Co. He has been around real estate his whole life. Nathan graduated from Baylor High School in Chattanooga, TN, and went on the get his Bachelor’s degree at Denison University in Granville, OH. Since graduating from college, Nathan has worked at serving others in youth ministry and in mission work in Guatemala with Young Life. Nathan takes the same honesty, integrity, and service from being in ministry into his real estate career. When working with Nathan, the customer is first and their best interests come before his own. His goal is to work harder than any other agent to sell your home or to find the home you are looking for. Nathan currently attends Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church and lives on Lookout with his two sons and wife. Nathan presently serves on the Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church home missions committee, on the Young Life Chattanooga committee, and on the Chattanooga Association of Realtors community outreach committee. He has won accolades such as the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation for his extra course work in real estate, and he is working to achieve the E-Pro designation for extra training in real estate technology. Nathan specializes in land sales, residential sales, condo sales, and retreat property sales. On October 30, 2007 – Nathan has successfully completed the REALTOR e-PRO® course to become one of a select few real estate professionals to earn the prestigious certification offered through the National Association of REALTORS®.
